  1. Personal Injury :  is a legal term for an injury  to the body, mind or emotions, as opposed to an injury to property. [1]  The term is most commonly used to refer to a type of tort  lawsuit alleging that the plaintiff s injury has been caused by the negligence  of another, but also arises in defamation  torts.
  2. Divorce : (or the dissolution of marriage ) is the final termination of a marital union, canceling the legal duties and responsibilities ofmarriage  and dissolving the bonds of matrimony  between the parties (unlike annulment. which declares the marriage null and void). Divorce laws vary considerably around the world, but in most countries it requires the sanction of a court or other authority in a legal process. The legal process of divorce may also involve issues of alimony  (spousal support), child custody , child support , distribution of property. and division of debt. Where monogamy  is law, divorce allows each former partner to marry another; where polygyny  is legal but polyandry  is not, divorce allows the woman to marry another.
  3. Accident : is an unforeseen and unplanned event or circumstance, often with lack of intention or necessity. It usually implies a generally negative outcome which may have been avoided or prevented had circumstances  leading up to the accident been recognized, and acted upon, prior to its occurrence.
