Dr. Dawit Antonios, a physician, was employed by Gwinnett Clinic, Ltd.   Gwinnett Clinic sued Antonios for breach of his employment contract and, after a bench trial, was awarded damages and attorney fees.   Antonios appeals and, for reasons that follow, we affirm.

This case turns on the enforceability of the employment contract between Antonios and Gwinnett Clinic, and the facts at issue are not disputed.   Antonios and Gwinnett Clinic entered into an employment contract that contained, among other provisions, the terms by which either party could terminate Antonios's employment.   The relevant section provides:

An IDC report suggested that 97.8% of music consumption in Spain was illegal

The Spanish government has approved tough new legislation which could see websites deemed to be trading in pirated material blocked within ten days.

The legislation creates a government body with powers to force internet service providers to block sites.

It comes as the US plans to adopt similar tough new rules.

The crackdown on piracy has been welcomed by the creative industries but criticised by net activists.

Under the Sinde Law, named after the former Spanish Culture Minister Angeles Gonzalez-Sinde, rights holders can report websites hosting infringing content to a newly created government commission.

Prior to July 1, 2003, Michigan's operator's licenses and official state personal identification cards issued to a person who at the time of application was 20-1/2 years of age or less, indicated that the cardholder was less than 21 years of age. Although the authority of a retail licensee to confiscate an allegedly false identification is not explicit, the licensee shall present the alleged fraudulent identification to local law enforcement if it is in the possession of the licensee upon filing a police report concerning the violation. New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said that the law and order situation in the national capital has deteriorated and once again made a pitch for the police to be put under the state government.

"In the past few months, the law and order situation in Delhi has deteriorated. Delhi Police comes under PM, he should do something or otherwise the police should be put under Delhi government so that we can change it. If the police is not answerable to Delhi government then how will they be held accountable? Right now, Delhi police is a law unto itself," Mr Kejriwal said as he visited the home of the Class 11 girl in Anand Parbat area of West Delhi. The Labor Standards Division enforces Arkansas’s child labor laws. Child labor laws regulate the employment of minors. In most cases, a child must be at least fourteen to be employed in the workforce. In order to employ a child under 16, the employer must obtain a work permit from the Arkansas Department of Labor. Piracy websites will soon be blocked in Australia.

In the eyes of at least one intellectual property academic, the passing of controversial anti-piracy website-blocking legislation in the senate on Monday night represented a very dark day for the internet in Australia .

But for the film and TV industry, which has been battling online piracy at record levels, it was a watershed moment. Finally they could seek a remedy in the courts to block access to sites offering their content for free.

The Copyright Amendment (Online Infringement) Bill 2015, introduced into parliament by Communications Minister Malcolm Turnbull in March to curb online piracy of film and TV shows, passed with the Coalition and Labor's support 37-13.
