The Law of Capital your most valuable asset, in terms of cash flow, is your physical and mental capital, your earning ability.

Your Earning Ability

The first corollary of the Law of Capital says: Your most precious resource is your time. Your time is really all you have to sell. How much time you put in and how much of yourself you put into that time, largely determines your earning ability. Poor time management is one of the major reasons for poor productivity and underachievement in every industry in America. It is the number one problem for both managers and salespeople in every field.

Invest Yourself Carefully

The second corollary of the Law of Capital says: Time and money can be either spent or invested. One of the smartest things that you can do is to invest three percent of your earnings every month back into yourself on personal and professional development, on becoming better at the most ... A labor law attorney is a lawyer who represents employers or employees in legal disputes, generally over the terms and conditions of employment. A labor law attorney can be in private practice or work for a law firm. but some labor law attorneys work directly for employers or for labor unions. While labor law attorneys are useful in situations where employers and their employees are arguing a case before a judge, most labor law attorneys aren't involved in litigation. Instead, they specialize in consultation and negotiations intended to avoid litigation. When an employer opens a new facility, for example, consultation with a labor law attorney will be a routine part of the planning process, to familiarize the employer with things like local labor law and union activity in the region.

#Follow These Steps Before Borrowing for Law School - US News

Law students shouldn’t count on loan forgiveness, but should research future salaries before borrowing.

Dane Rennier turned down several federal student loans during his law school tenure at the University of Missouri—Columbia. He wasn't going to stress himself out about borrowing what was needed to complete his education, but he also didn't want to go into any unneeded debt.

He worked as much as he could to reduce the amount he needed to take out in student loans. He also always kept in mind starting salaries for a criminal prosecution attorney and his future monthly payments.

Rennier borrowed less than $60,000 during his time at the public law school – less than the typical law student. According to data from the American Bar Association cited in Getting a Grip on Your Student Debt by Heather Jarvis, a student loan expert and licensed attorney, public law school students borrow an average of $ ... What is LLB Degree?

LLB (LL.B, LLB or Ll.B.) is an abbreviated form of Bachelor Laws, a bachelor or undergraduate degree in law basically coming from England. Now, it is already being offered in most common law countries as the fundamental law degree. In a few countries like Canada, it is usually being referred to as a post- graduate degree since one of the requirements of admission is a previous university education. The abbreviation LL in this case means the genitive plural form of legum, or of lex, law. Therefore, when you say LLB in Latin, it means Legum Baccalaureus.

Basically, in law, for most common law countries, the academic degree is the Bachelor of Laws other than United States, which has substituted it with the Juris Doctor degree. The primary degree in Scots Law as well as South African law is also called Bachelor of Laws, which is conferred to by a lot of universities in these said countries. It is also regarded to as a professional deg ... Read more »
