How to get started

Answers to the 3 most common questions

To get started, simply go to the Chase Mobile App and log on. We'll prompt you to verify that you own -the accounts you want to access from your phone. To do this, you'll need to request an Identification Code, which we'll send to you by phone, email or text message, depending on the delivery method you selected. When you receive your Identification Code, you can use it to complete the identification process and log on to the Chase Mobile App.

There are several ways to apply for a Chase account:

  • Visit Chase.com on your computer. Call 1-877-68CHASE (1-877-682-4273) and speak to a service representative.
  • Visit your local Chase branch and talk to a personal banker.
  • Commercial clients: Call your Chase Representative.

You can see the same Chase checking, savings, money market, investment, credit card, business, home equity, auto and mortgage accounts you access on Chase Online using your Chase Mobile App. If you have a student loan, you won't be able to log on through the Chase Mobile App unless you have other Chase account types as well.

Using your Chase Mobile App, you can:

  • Pay bills - If you're enrolled in Chase Online Bill Pay, you can schedule bill payments.
  • Deposit checks - You can use your camera-enabled iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android device to make a deposit. For Android devices, your device must have at least a 2-megapixel rear-facing camera. We recommend a 4-megapixel rear-facing camera with auto focus for the best performance.
  • Pay your Chase credit card - If you're enrolled in Chase Online, you can schedule a payment to your Chase credit card from any registered Pay From account.
  • Transfer money - You can transfer funds between eligible Chase accounts. You can also transfer funds between a Chase account and an account you hold with another financial institution.
  • Pay others easily - With Chase QuickPay SM. you only need to know their email address or mobile phone number. As long as both of you have a U.S. bank account and at least one of you has a Chase checking account, you'll be able to send or receive money.
  • Wire money - You can wire money to or from non-Chase accounts in the United States and internationally. (Limitations apply.)
  • See account balances - The Account Details page displays your balance information.
  • See past statements
  • Manage Paperless preferences
  • See reward information - See credit card and debit card rewards information.
  • See account transaction history - You can see the transactions made on any account accessible from your mobile device.
  • Get Account Alerts - Receive and customize Alerts through the app to help you stay on top of your finances and monitor your account activity. 5
  • Find a branch/ATM - You can locate the ATMs and branches closest to you.
  • Retrieve contact and other information easily - Find contact details and answers to some of our customers' frequently asked questions.
