So check that out! A lot of people see Kerr Street as the vibe of the area, I get that a lot of Pontiacs drive around that area, but if you check out that place, it s actually the kind of stores you would see in a video game, there are so many non-franchise mom and pop stores in that area, and people go there as a tourist must-have destination. If you are a church-goer, you ll notice a lot of people wearing hats indoors, only select churches do that, and guess what? A lot of the hats come from Oakville s Anthropologie artistry shops, if you are tired of brand-name clothing, then Oakville is definately a store that has various personalities and styles mixed into clothing lines.

I think one of the hardest considerations for real estate is the area, and where you see yourself living in?
