There s no option to cancel online at TrueCredit.com.

When you get customer service on the phone, let them know you want to cancel your subscription. They ll ask you why you want to cancel and then try to get you to keep the service. Just keep repeating that you want to cancel and finally customer service will process the cancellation. You ll get an email confirming your cancellation. Keep a copy of this email for your records.

Make sure your cancellation was processed correctly and that you don t receive any charges for the service.
