#Phoenix Bad Faith Insurance
If you’re like most Americans, you pay multiple insurance premiums every month: health, auto, and property insurance at a minimum.
And like most Americans, you may believe that insurance companies exist for the your benefit or for that of others like you who seek to protect hard-earned assets in the event of an accident, illness, natural disaster, or other unexpected loss. When the time comes that you need to make a claim, however, you may have to face the sad reality—the truth your agent never told you: the insurance company’s primary reason for existence is not to help those who have suffered losses recover; their main purpose is to turn profits for their investors. That means filling their coffers by collecting premiums month after month and then paying out the least amount they can get away with.
Make Your Insurance Company Pay Up with Results-oriented Legal Representation
Your insurance company has a legal, contractual o

The Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) is the exclusive Law that deals with Cyber Law aspects in India. The Law was passed in the year 2000 and it has served its purpose. The Cyber Law of India has also been amended a few times but mostly to give effect to Indian Government’s “Own Objectives”. For instance, the Amendments made in the year in the Information Technology Act were “Dominantly” meant to confer “Unlimited and Uncontrolled E-Surveillance Powers” upon Indian Government and its Agencies. So in a way, the Cyber Law of India has “Failed to Achieve” the Objectives with which it was enacted. This is also the reason why I have also suggested that the Cyber Law of India should be Repealed .
However, before the present Cyber Law is repealed, we must formulate a Techno Legal Cyber Law Framework for India. The same is also required to meet the demands of Conflict of Laws in the Cyberspace. The proposed Cyber Law must not be a Comprehensive or “Panacea Legislation”

#How To Get A College Degree For Free
Lucky high school students can scrape together enough scholarships and grants to cover a hefty portion of their college tuition. But working adults? They’re generally on their own. UniversityNow has gained a following for its approach to solving the college tuition program: a competency-based education platform that offers low-cost degrees through two accredited online schools—New Charter University and Patten University. The schools are cheap compared to traditional universities—New Charter is $199 per month for unlimited classes (including e-textbooks). But UniversityNow is going a step further, making it possible for a significant portion of the working adult population to get a degree from Charter or Patten for free.
The startup announced this week that it’s teaming up with the mayors of San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento, California, for the College Works Initiative. which caps the cost of attending UniversityNow’s schools at w

#IDEA—the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
Updated, May 2014
A legacy resource from NICHCY
IDEA was originally enacted by Congress in 1975 to ensure that children with disabilities have the opportunity to receive a free appropriate public education, just like other children. The law has been revised many times over the years.
The most recent amendments were passed by Congress in December 2004. with final regulations published in August 2006 (Part B for school-aged children) and in September 2011 (Part C, for babies and toddlers). So, in one sense, the law is very new, even as it has a long, detailed, and powerful history.
This website is full of information about IDEA. We are pleased to connect you with:
- Summaries of IDEA s requirements, which shape what school systems do;
- IDEA itself to read IDEA s exact words,

Three Jewish men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, chose to follow their consciences, standing up against the king and his edict. Thus began a standoff that remains famous even to this day (see Daniel 3 ).
Unfortunately, we are seeing the same situation repeating itself today.
The Pope is calling for the world to acknowledge and honor Sunday as a day of rest. Legislation that will force the world to worship and rest on Sunday would be the ideal solution. There are many voices clamoring to fulfill exactly such a goal, using the economy, the environment, and even the family as reasons to legislate Sunday rest.
Another standoff is on the horizon. Those who refuse to give up the Biblical seventh-day Sabbath will face trials as tough as the furnace faced by Shadrach and his companions. However, we can hold fast hope, knowing that the God who spared the Israelite men from the fiery furnace is coming again soon.

A new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that significant strides have been made in enacting anti-smoking laws across the United States, but still areas of the country remain that are largely lacking in protective measures against second-hand smoke.
Back in 2000, only one of America s 50 largest cities had laws that prevented people from smoking in bars, restaurants and private workplaces. In , 30 of them were covered by anti-smoking laws, representing a 60% increase.
Also in 2000, there were no states with statewide anti-smoking policies of this nature. By , there were 26 states .
All in all, almost half of the American population is covered by a state or local smoking prevention law, the report said. But there are still large gaps, especially in the South.
This gap in policy coverage creates disparities in public health protections that are likely to both reflect and contribute to broader tobacco-related population dis
