In New Eden there are several law enforcement agencies that have the role of hunting down and destroying the ships of outlaws in high-security space. Each faction has its own law enforcement agency that actively hunts down outlaws in their sovereign space. These law enforcement agencies do not have the same man power or resources that CONCORD has allocated for the global criminal task-force responsible for engaging Criminally flagged pilots in high-security space. As such outlaws may be able to evade and escape the local authorities by using small, agile ships.

As previously mentioned, in addition to the local law enforcement agencies, CONCORD has a global criminal task-force that will engage pilots that have performed a recent, illegal act of aggression and have an active Criminal flag in high-security space.

Local Law Enforcement

The local law enforcement agencies are responsible for engaging people with low security standings, also known as outlaws, in high-security space, each in their respective sovereign space.

CONCORD

CONCORD is responsible for engaging people with an active Criminal flag in high-security space, this is a global task force and exists in all sovereign high-security space.
