Julie Lusthaus and Michael Einbinder have been invited by the ABA to be speakers in New Orleans at the “38th Annual Forum on Franchising: The Soul of Franchising ,” on October 14-16, 2015. The topic that Julie Lusthaus will be presenting is entitled“ Rescission: The Annulment of a Franchise Marriage,” and Michael Einbinder will be presenting “Pressure Points in Franchise Litigation.”

Julie Lusthaus will be the moderator in an upcoming ABA webinar program entitled Clash of Counsel: Franchise Litigation and Dispute Resolution From the Perspective of Counsel for Franchisors and Franchisees . The webinar will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.

Congratulations to Michael Einbinder and Julie Lusthaus, both recently named to the Franchise Times Magazine’s Legal Eagle Hall of Fame for 2015. The magazine designates a limited number of top franchise attorneys as Legal Eagles based on peer recommendations and contributions to the franchise industry, such as writing for legal publications and speaking at franchise events.
