A Master of Laws (LLM) is the degree that follows the JD, LLB, or equivalent degree. The program enables law graduates to continue their studies, to specialize or to explore, or -- in the case of foreign-educated lawyers -- to qualify to take a bar exam in the USA.

At GGU we offer five award-winning LLM programs. The Recorder, a legal newspaper, has listed GGU's programs as the "Best LLM Program in California ." TaxTalent ranked the Tax LLM among the Top 10 LLM Tax Programs in the USA. The National Jurist ranked GGU in the Top 20 Law Schools for Practical Training. Our LLM programs offer much flexibility, allowing entering students to start in the Fall (August), Spring (January), or summer (May) semester, and allowing students to complete the program on a full-time or part-time basis. The full-time day program usually takes two years, and the part time program, two years.
