#Return FAQ LBFL

At LawBooksForLess.com. we realize that, for one reason or another, you may need to return an item purchased from our website. Although most law bookstores often have strict no-return policies (particularly law school bookstores), we have endeavored to craft as flexible a Return Policy as possible. We have provided these Frequently Asked Questions about our Return Policy so that you'll have all the information you need. You may return most items sold by LawBooksForLess.com within 30 days from the purchase date, for a full item refund. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, click here ). We cannot process returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date. (Any request for re-shipment of these non-returnable items back to the purchaser are at the expense of the purchaser.)
• Any CD, DVD, software, flashcards or Looseleaf item that has been opened (i.e. taken out of its plastic wrap).
• Any digital downloadable item.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Finally, attorney-practitioner titles have a 10% restocking fee deducted only on returned attorney-practitioner titles. Attorney-practitioner titles are those titles whose SKUs have a ATTY prefix (i.e. ATTY20102).

To Prepare a Return for us:

1. Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for return in your return package.
2. For your security, we recommend that returns be shipped to us via a trackable shipping method, such as USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or UPS Ground.
3. Please ship the items with adequate packaging material to avoid damage.

Your credit card will be refunded within approximately 5-7 business days after our receipt of your returned items. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
