According to a study from the Lumina Foundation, 36.4 percent of Georgia residents ages 25 to 64 held at least a two-year degree in 2011. That number includes 378,333 residents with an associate's degree. 998,793 with a bachelor's, and 525,945 individuals who have earned a graduate or professional degree. According to the Lumina Foundation, another 1,124,465 Georgia residents, or 28.37 percent, have some college credit, but no degree.
