Entry RequirementsDoctor of Juridical Science (JSD) - LLM graduates and JD graduates may apply. Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM in Taxation) - Admission is open to all JD and LLB graduates. For foreign applicants, a TOEFL score of 100 is required, with at least 25 in each of the four subsections. Master of Legal Studies (MLS) - Applicants must have earned an undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university in the United States, or its equivalent from a foreign institution. Master of Tax Law (MT) - Graduates must have earned an undergraduate degree. Only applicants with strong accounting, finance or economics backgrounds will be considered.
