Question: What traffic laws apply to bicyclists?
Answer: When ridden on any roadway a bicycle rider has all of the rights and responsibilities of any vehicle (RCW 46.61.755). Unless bicycles are specifically excepted, all traffic laws and rules apply to bicycles. Bicyclists who violate traffic laws are subject to a citation.
Question: Should bicyclists ride with the flow of traffic or facing traffic?
Answer: Bicyclists should always ride with the flow of traffic (RCW 46.61.100). The law requires this. Riding with the flow of traffic greatly increases safety by making bicycles visible and predictable to other drivers. Riding against traffic is a leading cause of bicycle accidents.
Question: What position in the lane should a bicyclist use?
Answer:
1) Bicyclists traveling at the speed of traffic may use the middle of the lane.
2) A bicyclist traveling at a speed less than the normal flow

#Boston Family Law Lawyers - Compare Top Family Law Attorneys in Boston, Massachusetts
Dealing with family law issues?
Family law generally concerns domestic relations and family-related matters such as marriage, civil unions, domestic partnerships, adoptions, paternity, guardianships, domestic abuse, surrogacy, child custody, child abduction, the dissolution of marriage and associated issues. Each state has its own set of family laws, and traveling across state borders can sometimes affect your rights and those of your family.
Contrary to popular belief, seeking the advice of a family law attorney does not necessarily mean that something is amiss in your family. A Massachusetts family law attorney can help negotiate prenuptial/premarital agreements for clients in anticipation of marriage or advise same-sex couples in Boston on relevant legal issues affecting their relationship. They also can help with adoption proceedings and other procedures involving children.

Even though some people argue that entrepreneurship cannot be taught, business schools are giving it their best shot with online MBA programs aimed at helping students launch startups. Actually, while most of the coursework is targeting those who want to be their own boss, some programs are also offering general management training and introduction to an entrepreneurial mindset, which can be applied to traditional jobs.
"These skills are important not only for those seeking to establish a new venture, but are increasingly critical in a wide variety of professional careers given today's hyper-competitive marketplace, where rapid technological innovation and globalization has led to corporate downsizing and a dramatic change in the very nature of work," says Bruce Bachenheimer, clinical professor of management and director of the Entrepreneurship Lab at Pace University.
As more applicants and employers show an interest in the entrepreneurial spirit, more business schoo

#Brooklyn Law School Offers a Safety Net for New Students - The New York Times
Shelley Friedman, 21, who recently started a two-year program at Brooklyn Law School, is not too concerned about how she will fare in the job market after she earns her degree — and not just because she won’t begin looking for work until she approaches graduation in May 2017. She is simply confident about her prospects.
But she also knows that — just in case — the school is prepared to provide her with a safety net of sorts.
Beginning with students entering this year — whether in two-, three- or four-year programs — Brooklyn Law School is offering to repay 15 percent of total tuition costs to those who have not found full-time jobs nine months after graduating. That, according to school officials, is how long it typically takes graduates to get such jobs and, if necessary, to obtain the requisite licenses.
“Knowing you have a little extra security is very comforting and helpful,”

According to U.S. News and World Report’s ranking of the United States’ best colleges and universities, Massachusetts-based Babson College (Olin) ranks No. 1 for its graduate MBA in entrepreneurship. Following Babson, Stanford University ranked second and Harvard University third for this year’s title of best entrepreneur-based MBA program – which U.S. News says can help students channel creativity, participate in business plan competitions and launch a business. MIT (Sloan) and University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) placed fourth and fifth, respectively. The annual survey results were released on Sept. 13.
The debate continues, however, over whether an entrepreneurial MBA degree is worth the time and money for aspiring entrepreneurs. Can the necessary skills for successful entrepreneurship be taught? Or, are entrepreneurs better off skipping the upwards of $85,000-per-year price tag for an MBA, and using that money to help fund their own start-ups?

It is not unusual for attorneys to receive inquiries about defamation actions from people who are in conflicts with neighbors or other members of their communities, and have become the subjects of vicious lies. Generally speaking, defamation is the issuance of a false statement about another person, which causes that person to suffer harm. #Business law
business law , also called commercial law or mercantile law. the body of rules, whether by convention, agreement, or national or international legislation, governing the dealings between persons in commercial matters.
Business law falls into two distinctive areas: (1) the regulation of commercial entities by the laws of company, partnership. agency. and bankruptcy and (2) the regulation of commercial transactions by the laws of contract and related fields.
In civil-law countries, company law consists of statute law; in common-law countries it consists partly of the ordinary rules of common law and equity and partly statute law. A crime is defined in law in Ireland as an act which may be punished by the State. The way in which a criminal offence is investigated and prosecuted depends on the type of crime involved. For these purposes criminal offences may be described in different ways such as:
- Summary offences
- Indictable offences
- Minor offences

Summary and indictable offences indicate the manner in which these offences are tried or dealt with in the courts. A summary offence is one which can only be dealt with by a judge sitting without a jury, that is the District Court, while an indictable offence is one which may be or must be tried before a judge and jury.
All common-law offences are held to be indictable offences as the common law did not distinguish or differentiate between indictable and non-indictable offences. However, criminal statutes or criminal laws passed into law by the Oireachta
