Background:
It is a known fact that teachers do not get paid a huge amount for imparting education, one of the most important and complicated practices in the world.
In addition, not all teachers can handle the stress of controlling an entire class or school of students. Because of this reason, many teachers are getting on the online teaching bandwagon.
Teachers can make money teaching online courses in the comfort of their home. However, one should learn how to teach online as it requires different skills
There are differences between tradition teaching and online teaching. Online teachers need to interact their students on a “virtual’ way and communicate the instructional material without using the face to face teaching methods. It can be confusing to some teachers.

#Estate Planning
estate planning: an overview
Estate planning is the process by which an individual or family arranges the transfer of assets in anticipation of death. An estate plan aims to preserve the maximum amount of wealth possible for the intended beneficiaries and flexibility for the individual prior to death. A major concern for drafters of estate plans is federal and state tax law.
An estate is the total property, real and personal, owned by an individual prior to distribution through a trust or will. Real property is real estate and personal property includes everything else, for example cars, household items, and bank accounts. Estate planning distributes the real and personal property to an individual's heirs.
Wills and trusts are common ways in which individuals dispose of their wealth. (See Estates and Trusts ). Trusts, unlike wills, have the benefit of avoiding probate, a lengthy and costly legal process that oversees the transfer of

Back in July, a Federal District Court Judge enjoined Arizona from enforcing the key provisions of its controversial immigration law, specially those that authorized local police to require suspected illegal immigrants to provide immigration papers even without a valid arrest. Today, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld that injunction in an appeal that the state had filed almost immediately after the decision:
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit has ruled that lower federal court judge was right in her decision to halt parts of Senate Bill 1070 from going into effect last year.
The ruling comes almost a year after Gov. Jan Brewer signed the nation s toughest immigration law into effect and five months after the appeals court was asked to consider overturning the injunction issued by U.S. District Court Judge Susan Bolton in the lawsuit filed by the U.S. Department of Justice.
The original lawsuit challenges the constitutionality of SB 1070, ar

With the exception of Native Americans, all persons living in the United States are descended from immigrants or slaves who came to the country during the last 400 years. By the late seventeenth century, foreign-born persons constituted seventy-five percent of the American population.
Initially, the U.S. government encouraged open immigration in the interest of settling as much territory as possible. Following the Civil War, however, states began to pass their own immigration statutes. The United States Supreme Court determined that immigration came under federal jurisdiction in 1875, and Congress established the Immigration Service in 1891.
Most early immigration laws were instituted in order to control the composition of the U.S. population. In 1790, Congress passed the Naturalization Act, which effectively limited immigration to persons of European and Caucasian descent. In 1882, Congress passed the Chinese Exclusion Act, which made immigration from China illegal.

When window tint is installed to the glazing of a vehicle it reduces the amount of visible light, how much depends on the darkness of the tint. Car window tint is graded in a % VLT (Visible Light Transmittance - the amount of light the film allows to pass through). Some companies grade the film as how much light the film blocks so 20% VLT could be that it allows 20% of light to pass through, however with another company if could allow 80% of light to pass through as the 20% is the amount of light it blocks, this confuses things and you should always check before installing film. In this article all percentages refer to the visible light transmittance (VLT).
Authorities in many countries and states have laws as to how dark you can tint your windows. This is because if the windows are tinted too dark you may not be able to see hazards clearly, especially at night, and also police may not be able to identify individuals inside a vehicle. In this article we have tried to compile

If you've been accused of a serious crime, your chances of success may depend on your lawyer's ability to effectively navigate through the criminal justice system. The following is an overview of that system, along with answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
Q: Should I talk to the police?
It's often in your best interests to avoid making a statement or signing anything. If the police are investigating you, you may or may not be aware of it. At some point, they may ask you to come into the station and give a statement. Instead of talking to the police, hire a criminal defense attorney. An attorney can intercede on your behalf, talk to detectives, and get valuable information which may result in charges not being filed. Most importantly, hiring an attorney will keep you from giving a statement that the District Attorney may ultimately use against you at trial.
Only if they have probable cause to believe you've committed the crime. Once

“I make a sexy time with my mother-in-law.”
Borat on Mother-in-law
“Really? My father-in-law won't even make sexytime with my mother-in-law.”
Random Married Guy on the previous quote
Mother-in-law
One of the most heinous creatures in the universe
The infamous mother-in-law is dreaded by many innocently married men and women in modern civilizations, but with a much greater degree of fear than a typical monster from childhood (you know, the one that hid under your bed or in your closet, and even occasionally stole your tooth fairy money according to a brother or sister). The undeniable feelings of hostility and resentment are, unfortunately, commonplace, and very few marriages are free of the ill effects of this problem.
A wide range of problems are attributed to the nasty effects of a nit-picking mother-in-law, which are even documented in cartoons, notably both The Jetsons and The Flintstones which include a good number

Among the many legal issues presented by the Internet, privacy is a leading problem. In fact, Internet privacy covers a broad range of concerns: fears about the safety of children in chat rooms and on the World Wide Web, the privacy of e-mail, the vulnerability of web users to having their Internet use habits tracked, the collection and use of personal information, the freedom of people to chat and post messages anonymously. Moreover, the rapid evolution of the Internet has frequently brought such privacy concerns before lawmakers and the courts.
Privacy concerns are frequently newsworthy. During the 1990s, child safety advocates highlighted special online dangers for children following high-profile abuse cases. Internet commerce has also been affected, too. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) report noted in 2000 in its annual report to Congress that survey data demonstrated 92% of consumers are concerned about the misuse of personal information online. #Parody copyright laws set to come into effect - BBC News
Changes to UK legislation are to come into force later this week allowing the parody of copyright works.
Under current rules, there has been a risk of being sued for breach of copyright if clips of films, TV shows or songs were used without consent.
But the European Copyright Directive will allow the use of the material so long as it is fair and does not compete with the original version.
The law will come into effect on 1 October.
Owners of the copyrighted works will only be able to sue if the parody conveys a discriminatory message.
It would then be down to a judge to decide if the parody is funny.
"The only, and essential, characteristics of parody are, on the one hand, to evoke an existing work while being noticeably different from it and, on the other, to constitute an expression of humour or mockery," the EU rules state.
"If a parody conveys a discriminatory messa

#Environmental law: area of practice
It s important for a trainee joining an environmental team to understand in advance what falls under the environmental banner in their firm.
Long gone are the days when this area of law was viewed by clients and colleagues alike as a domain for tree huggers. The business world has a growing awareness of the challenges and opportunities of climate change and the low carbon economy and turns increasingly to environmental lawyers to provide strategic and regulatory advice.
Fast-changing legislation
At its heart there is something of a paradox. On the one hand, the environmental lawyer needs to be a real specialist in complex and fast-changing regulations; on the other, he or she is perhaps one of the last bastions of general practice surviving in a large commercial law firm – requiring the practitioner to have a working knowledge of commercial, corporate, litigation and property law.

BLACK LAWS. Slavery was not legal in Ohio, but the state legislature tried to discourage settlement of free blacks in the state through "black laws," which imposed constraints on black residents. Ohio enacted laws in 1804 and 1807 compelling registration of all African Americans in the state, requiring that they show proof of freedom, forbidding any free black to remain without giving $500 bond against his becoming a public charge, and denying validity to an African American's testimony in trials where whites were involved. The legislature imposed even more restrictions in the 1830s. However, in the legislative session of 1848–1849, a coalition led by the Free Soil Party repealed most of the restrictions.

Dog bites can lead to serious personal injuries requiring immediate medical attention. Unfortunately, dog bites are incredibly common throughout the United States. According to the American Humane Association, there are roughly 4.7 million annual dog bites each year, with 800,000 requiring medical care.
It s estimated each year insurance companies pay out over $1 billion in dog-bite related claims. This is a significant figure and is a result of the severity and pervasiveness of dog bites.
There are many reasons why a dog bites. Dogs bite out of fear or to protect their territory or to establish their dominance over the person bitten. Some owners mistakenly teach their dogs that biting is an acceptable form of play behavior, and every year a number of newborn infants die when they are bitten by dogs that see them as prey. There are several common sense methods of preventing dog bites, but sometimes there is no way to avoid an attack. If you are attac

#Estates and Trusts
estates and trusts: an overview
During the early 1500's in England landowners found it advantageous to convey the legal title of their land to third parties while retaining the benefits of ownership. Because they were not the real "owners" of the land, and wealth was primarily measured by the amount of land owned, they were immune from creditors and may have absolved themselves of some feudal obligations. While feudal concerns no longer exist and wealth is held in many forms other than land (i.e. stocks, bonds, bank accounts), the idea of placing property in third party hands for the benefit of another has survived and prospered. This is the idea of a trust.
Generally, a trust is a right in property (real or personal) which is held in a fiduciary relationship by one party for the benefit of another. The trustee is the one who holds title to the trust property, and the beneficiary is the person who receives the benefits of the trust. To understand

#Estate Planning and Trust Law.
What is Estate Planning law? This area governs the laws, procedures and practices associated with planning for ones estate in the event that he/she becomes incapacitated and for when he/she is deceased. It encompasses the roles and activities of Executors and Administrators ; creation and administration of Wills and Last Testaments ; Trusts and Living Trusts ; Probate ; Medical Powers of Attorney. DNR Orders and Advance Directives ; associated tax issues; and various other related topics.
The laws governing most of these areas are created primarily on the state level and therefore vary greatly. The Uniform Probate Code (UPC) has sought to clarify, unify and modernize these laws throughout all the U.S states and D.C. but to date, only about 30% have completely adopted the Code, while some of the remaining state have only implemented parts of it. Estate related tax issues, such as gift tax laws and federal estate tax, and various colleg
