The FDA's online reference edition of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act is based on the United States Government Printing Office Federal Digital System (FDsys) version of the United States Code, 2006 Edition, Supplement 3 current through January 5, 2010. FDsys contains virtual main editions of the U.S. Code.
