Now available Corporate Registry Notices - includes notices of company and extra-provincial company filings. The registry includes data from January 2003 to present. BC Laws is published by the Queen's Printer for British Columbia in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and the Legislative Assembly. Content posted by Queen's Printer is delivered in an open data format and restrictions on commercial and non-commercial use of the data have been changed (read more) . Gazette Part I - Produced under the authority of the Queen's Printer Act, the BC Gazette Part I is published every week. It contains published legal notices such as Calling for Tenders, Forest Development Plans, Notice to Creditors, Land Dispositions (non-ministry notices), Public Tenders, Timber Licences Cancelled or Surrendered and Other Miscellaneous Notices. It includes issues from January 2003 to present. In concert with the launch of the redesigned BC Laws website, the Queen's Printer is pleased to announce the release of BC Legislation in an open data format. In support of the British Columbia government's Open Data Policy, the new BC Laws delivers expanded content and open access to the data published on the site. All documents on BC Laws are now published under a permissible license, which allows commercial and non-commercial access to, and use of, the legislative materials on the site (please check the license here as some restrictions apply). The Queen's Printer is also releasing access to the API (Application Programming Interface) that BC Laws is built on. This creates opportunities for citizen-led technical innovation and allows for richer interaction with the data.
