The school occupies several buildings located at 4041 North Central Avenue in Phoenix's Central Avenue Corridor. Phoenix School of Law occupies three floors of the 20-story tower, all of the B and D buildings located on the property, and most of the C building. In total, there are five structures on the property including the tower. It is very close to Central at Indian School (METRO Light Rail station) .

• Clinical Programs: Phoenix School of Law houses a Mediation Clinic and is building other clinical programs designed to develop and enhance practice skills. Courses are offered in trial and appellate practice, mediation, and alternative methods of dispute resolution. Clinical methods are used in various courses throughout the curriculum.
• Externships: Phoenix School of Law offers qualified, upper-level students in good academic standing opportunities to participate in a for-credit externship program. Students attend a classroom component that provides a link between the placement setting and the learning process. A faculty member coordinates and supervises the externship program.
