RUDD LAW: Meagan





Ms. Rudd graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2004. While there, she received her Advanced Westlaw Certification, a Recognition of Service Certificate from the Pro Bono Initiative, and was recognized as a William H. Leary Scholar.

Ms. Rudd began working in the legal field when she clerked for the Utah Attorney General’s Litigation Department, as well as several prestigious Utah firms, including the largest insurance defense firm in Utah: Morganne, Minnock, Rice, and James. Just prior to graduating, Ms. Rudd was hired on as an Associate there, but had to move to Malibu, California when her husband got accepted to Pepperdine School of Law. After taking and passing the California Bar in 2004, Ms. Rudd began working as an Associate at Dummit, Briegleb, Boyce, and Buccholze, where she assisted in representing several large Southern California Hospitals and doctors doing Medical Malpractice defense. Ms. Rudd passed the Utah bar in 2005.

Ms. Rudd began her own practice in 2006 when she was approached by an Heir Hunting firm who retained her as full-time counsel, where she worked in a specialized niche of Probate Law called Intestate Succession.

Ms. Rudd moved back to Utah where she helped create the Rudd Firm in . Her legal areas of responsibility with the Rudd Firm include Contract Law, Landlord/Tenant Law, Real Estate, and Litigation.
