1. What is Employment Law? - An Introduction to Employment Law

Employment law is a broad area of the law. In general, this area governs the employer-employee relationship, but includes many subjects. This lesson will define and explain employment law.

2. Employment-at-Will: Definition, Advantages & Implied Contracts

Many employees work 'at-will,' meaning they can quit at any time and for any reason. This arrangement has certain advantages and disadvantages. This lesson explains employment-at-will, including the impact implied contracts have on employment-at-will.

3. Employment Discrimination: Definition and Laws
