11:08 PM NCDOL Labor Law Posters | ||||
The latest versions of the Wage and Hour poster and the OSH poster are dated 12/14. Businesses with previous versions can download a patch here that updates the major changes made to the posters. You will not be fined if you have an older version posted for your employees. NCDOL requires all businesses in North Carolina to post a copy of the North Carolina Workplace Laws Poster in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted. The poster, printed in two sections, contains information on some of the laws that NCDOL enforces, including occupational safety and health laws, wage and hour laws, and employment discrimination laws. In addition to the North Carolina Workplace Laws Poster (English | Spanish ), businesses in North Carolina may be required by other state and federal agencies to post notices to employees about other workplace laws. As a public service, you may download each of these posters individually or in a group on our Web site by clicking on the links below. For more information on the federal poster requirements, visit the U.S. Department of Labor's Poster Advisor page. Please contact the individual agencies at the numbers listed in the table below with questions about their poster. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and download posters. 2. Download ALL state and federal posters in Spanish (13 pages) Note: Not all posters listed in the table below are available in Spanish. See table below. 3.
