#Adoption Law.

Establishing Legal Parent/Child Relationship

What is Adoption Law?

Adoption law provides a means for parents to voluntarily assume the legal rights and responsibilities of a child not born to them. Following an adoption, all legal ties between the child and the birth parents are permanently severed. The new adoptive parents and the child are treated just like a natural family in the eyes of the law. The adoptive parents decide important matters involving medical treatment, education, and religion, as well as ordinary day-to-day issues that arise in the childs life. Adopted children can inherit from their new parents the same as natural offspring. Some jurisdictions even provide for the issuance of an amended birth certificate displaying the new parents names.

State statutes govern adoption proceedings, and the substantive and procedural rules vary across the country. Most statutes require the local department of family services to p ... Read more »

America s Top Online MBA Programs

It wasn t all that long ago when the thought of getting an online MBA degree seemed preposterous. Why settle for a third-rate education at a for-profit school whose courses were largely taught by poorly paid adjunct teachers?

But in the past few years, a large number of prestige universities have launched online MBA degrees, making the cyber option a viable alternative, particularly for the vast numbers of people who study in part-time evening programs or weekend executive programs.

The big question then is which schools have the best online MBA programs? U.S. News World Report tried to answer that question earlier this year with a debut attempt to numerically rank the best Internet offerings. But it was a highly flawed and easily manipulated ranking that raised as many questions as it answered (see our critique of the U.S. News ranking ). Surprisingl ... Read more »

#Adultery Law - Legal Definition

Adultery is defined as consensual sexual relations when one of the participants is legally married to another. Some states have laws making it a crime and and in many states it is grounds for divorce for the spouse of the married adulterer. Adultery statutes are based upon the married status of the parties, and a breakdown in the marital relationship is not a defense. Adultery is rarely prosecuted, and in no-fault divorce (or dissolution) states, adultery is legally not relevant. In some states, adultery statutes require heterosexual intercourse to have taken place.

In states where adultery is a crime, it is a defense if the person accused reasonably believes that he and the other person are unmarried persons. The burden of raising this issue is on the defendant, but this does not change the burden of proof.

The following is an example of an Arizona adultery statute:

  1. " A married person who has sexual intercourse with a ... Read more »

#Alcohol Policy

General Alcohol Policy

A combination of Federal, State, and local laws help shape the role alcohol plays in the United States, including how we:

  • Manufacture alcohol
  • Sell alcohol
  • Decide who can drink alcohol
  • Respond to alcohol-related problems

In general, Congress has the power to regulate importing and taxing alcoholic beverages.

Also, the primary Federal law governing alcohol policy is the 21st Amendment, which repealed national prohibition. It also gives individual States control over:

  • Whether to allow sale of alcohol in the State
  • Whether to allow importing alcohol into the State
  • How to distribute alcohol throughout the State

#Adoption Lawyers - Adoption Attorney and Law Firm Directory

Find Adoption Lawyers by State

Adoption Lawyers

Adoption law falls under Family Law and is mainly governed by the states in which the parent and child live. Adoption law requires adoption lawyers to establish a process by which a legal parent-child relationship is created between individuals who are not biologically parent and child. The biological parent gives up all parental rights and obligations, and these rights and obligations are assumed by the adoptive parents.

These days there are a lot more options available to adoption lawyers for the adoption process. Adoptive families can adopt a child much easier than ever before. For example, as an adoptive parent, you can choose a closed adoption where the parents remain anonymous, or opt for the increasingly common open adoption where you actually meet and can maintain contact with the birth parents.

Your adoption lawyer can help you ad ... Read more »

#The New Bankruptcy Reforms of 2005: Changes to Chapter 7 and 13

In 2005 Congress overhauled bankruptcy law, making it harder for some people to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

In 2005, Congress overhauled the bankruptcy  laws. Those changes made it harder for some people to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy ; high income filers that can't pass the means test, will have to repay at least some of their debt in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. In addition, the 2005 law requires all  bankruptcy filers to get credit counseling before they can file a bankruptcy case -- and additional counseling on budgeting and debt management before their debts can be wiped out.

Here are some of the most important changes in the 2005 bankruptcy law.

Under pre-2005 bankruptcy rules, most filers could choose the type of bankruptcy best for them -- and most chose Chapter 7 bankruptcy (liquidation) over Chapter 13 bankruptcy (repayment). The ... Read more »

#Amid Layoff Fears, Tensions Flare at Albany Law - Law Blog

Albany Law School is experiencing what you might call a third-tier problem.

Last week, the private law school in upstate New York said it s pushing forward with an effort to shrink its faculty, announcing that it would offer buyouts to up to eight of its 45 full-time professors. The move has raised the specter of layoffs at the school and has inflamed tensions between the administration and faculty.

Albany s dean and board of trustees say the school s deteriorating finances have left them with few options. They say a sharp decline in student enrollment and applications has hurt cash flow, projecting an operating deficit in the year ahead.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to achieve a cost-savings solution absent fewer personnel. We have offered generous buyouts—generous by anyone s standards—and we are now waiting for volunteers, the dean of the schoo ... Read more »

To legally practice law in the U.S. you must have a Juris Doctor, or J.D. degree, according to the Law School Admission Council. A Juris Doctor degree program takes three years to complete after earning an undergraduate degree. The Harvard Law School shares that the classes you take to earn this degree provide the foundation for legal study and introduce students to law-related specializations. The courses during the first year of a J.D. program generally cover topics like criminal law, civil procedure and international law. A student then pursues an area of interest during the second and third years.

After earning a J.D. degree, you can go on to earn a Master of Laws, or LL.M. This type of degree program takes a year to complete if you study full time, and it allows you focus on a particular type of law specialization, enhance your legal training and experience or prepare for a doctoral law degree. The School

The University of Chicago Law School occupies a unique niche among this country's premier law schools. Located on a residential campus in one of America's great cities, Chicago offers a rigorous and interdisciplinary professional education that blends the study of law with the humanities, the social sciences, and the natural sciences. Students, faculty, and staff form a small, tightly knit community devoted to the life of the mind. Learning is participatory. Chicago does not seek to impose a single viewpoint or style of thought on its students. Instead, our faculty exposes students to contrasting views, confident in students' abilities to choose their own paths.

History of the Law School

The Law School opened its doors in 1902, twelve years after the founding of the University of Chicago. It has been an innovator in legal education ever since.

There was never any doubt that the progressive juvenile law enacted in 2000 was not being implemented properly and that there was a need to revisit its provisions. In many ways, the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Bill, 2015, passed by the Lok Sabha, is a forward-looking and comprehensive enactment that provides for dealing with children in conflict with the law and those requiring care and protection. However, its laudable features have been overshadowed by one provision that states that children in the 16-18 age group will henceforth be tried as adults if they are accused of committing heinous offences . The government believes that the provision will help address public disquiet over the perception that young offenders are getting away with light punishment after committing crimes such as murder and rape. However, child welfare activists have been saying there is no need to carve out an except ... Read more »

#Ampere - s Law - Physics Video by Brightstorm

Ampere's Law was discovered in 1819 by Ampere. Ampere's Law states that currents generate magnetic fields or in other words, whenever you have a current, there is a magnetic field circulate around it. Ampere's Law is expressed in the equation magnetic field x 2(pi) x radius = constant x current(passing through that path).

So let s talk about ampere s law. Ampere s law was discovered well the effect behind ampere s law was discovered around 1819 actually by a Physics lecturer who was in the middle of a lecture and he noticed that a magnetic field was generated that moved around a compass needle when he ran a big current through a wire, so the law basically says that currents, if I run a current it will generate a magnetic field. There is multiple ways of stating this law; there s the [IB] law, there s oersted s law. The standard way to present it is in terms of ampere s l ... Read more »

#The reflection of light

The law of reflection

Objects can be seen by the light they emit, or, more often, by the light they reflect. Reflected light obeys the law of reflection, that the angle of reflection equals the angle of incidence.

%img src="http://buphy.bu.edu/

duffy/PY106/21c.GIF" /%

For objects such as mirrors, with surfaces so smooth that any hills or valleys on the surface are smaller than the wavelength of light, the law of reflection applies on a large scale. All the light travelling in one direction and reflecting from the mirror is reflected in one direction; reflection from such objects is known as specular reflection.

Most objects exhibit diffuse reflection, with light being reflected in all directions. All objects obey the law of reflection on a microscopic level, but if the irregularities on the surface of an object are larger than the wavelength of light, which is usually the case, the light reflects off in all directio ... The people who would benefit most from a cheaper, shorter degree have the least power to fight for it.

    CBS

You can barely go a week without hearing ominous news about law schools and the legal profession. Applications are down. job prospects are awful. schools may close. less qualified people are sitting for the LSAT. The latest in the string of bad news is a drop in people taking the LSAT. Law schools slump is the new dog bites man.

Some, like President Obama. suggest that one of the ways out of this slump is to shorten law school to two years. As a former law student who left after one year, I think allowing for more flexibility in the length of law school is a great idea. Too bad it will never happen.

#Top 5 New Real Estate Laws Affecting NYers in 2015

    Jan 27, 2015 | Updated Mar 29, 2015

Andrew Lieb Managing Attorney, Lieb at Law, P.C.; Founder, Lieb School

    1. National Flood Insurance Program Reformed:

In recent years, flood insurance premium rates have skyrocketed. The Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014 mitigates some of those rate increases while continuing the program's goal of eliminating subsidies and applying true actuarial risk in setting policy premiums. Most importantly, the new law ends the effectuation of a debilitating rule that previously resulted in the setting of new insurance rate premiums as a result of a real estate transaction. As a result of the prior rule, purchasers were left uncertain about what their insurance bill could become right after the purchase. Now, home purchasers can continue to be grandfathered under the prior owner's policy premium amount and a degree of certainty now ... Read more »

John Yoder and Brad Cates, who headed the Asset Forfeiture Office at the U.S. Department of Justice from 1983 to 1989, slammed civil forfeiture as a “complete corruption” and “fundamentally at odds with our judicial system and notions of fairness,” in an op-ed for The Washington Post . Thanks to civil forfeiture laws. police and prosecutors don’t need to charge someone with a crime to seize and keep their property. Yoder and Cates “were heavily involved in the creation of the asset forfeiture initiative at the Justice Department,” they write, but after seeing civil forfeiture become a “gross perversion of the status of government amid a free citizenry,” the two now believe it should be “abolished.”

    #The value of an MBA

    Salary Increase

MBA graduates continue to achieve high salaries beating averages from a decade ago (inflation considered), according to the latest research from the Association of MBAs (AMBA). The AMBA Careers Survey 2013 also reveals that twice as many MBAs are working in the public sector and more women MBAs are entering the legal profession than in previous years. MBA graduates from business schools with AMBA accreditation are receiving the highest average salary in the UK since 2004 and 11% more graduates reported earning above £70,000 compared to those surveyed in AMBA's previous Careers Survey in 2010.

The Careers Survey showed that the average (mean) salary of MBA graduates from AMBA accredited business schools working in the UK now stands at over £82,000 (the highest since 2004). The median salary, including variable cash, such as bonuses, stands at £90,000. This is a 7% increase on the same salary in 2010.

Local zoning ordinances and regulations are important considerations when choosing your business location. Zoning laws impact several critical business decisions such as purchasing property or making improvements to your existing property, so it is important to understand the laws before you commit to anything.

Property is zoned into commercial and residential uses, so a commercial building cannot be built in a residential neighborhood and vice versa, unless there is a change in zoning ordinances. Other considerations also come into play such as how you intend to use your facility, the nature of any renovations, and so on.

Finding out How Property is Zoned

You can find out how property is zoned by contacting your local planning agency. One way to determine your local planning agency is to perform an internet search using the name of your community or city, your state, and the term “planning.”

#The World - s 10 Worst Anti-Women Laws: How Do These Still Exist?

    13:47 15 Jul 2015 | Francesca Rice, Corinne Redfern

Nine Sudanese women have been sentenced to 40 lashes - each - all because they wore trousers. They're aged between 17 and 23 and are being tried under Sharia (or Islamic) law - even though they're Christians. And while wearing trousers is normal for Christian women in the country, it falls under 'indecent dress' for the Muslim population.

But as human rights activists campaign for the women's freedom, it's not the only law that discriminates between the sexes.

It's been 20 years since 189 countries agreed to a plan to advance women's rights and achieve gender equality. It was called the Beijing Platform for Action, and the states involved committed to "revoke any remaining laws that discriminate on the basis of sex".

Sadly, two decades later, this goal has still not been reached. Some progress has been made – more than half ... Read more »

    #The World’s Worst Immigration Laws

Think Arizona's new immigration law is harsh? The Grand Canyon state has nothing on these guys.

    6-MONTH DETENTION

    Country:  Italy

    Immigrant population: 3.9 million

What the law does: Like much of southern Europe, Italy faces the daunting challenge of trying to regulate and manage massive migration inflows from North Africa and the Mediterranean. In response, the Italian government has instituted various measures aimed at curbing immigration. One of the harshest, passed by parliament in 2009, penalizes illegal immigrants with a fine of €5,000-10,000 and allows immigration officials to detain them for up to 6 months.

Reactions: Suffice it to say that Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi s tough new legislation has done little to allay the rising tension in Italy over immigration and its role in Italian society. This tension came to a head this Jan ... Read more »

    #Think twice

    Think twice

Set your heart on an MBA? Philip Delves Broughton suggests a radical alternative: don t bother

Business schools have long sold the promise that, like an F1 driver zipping into the pits for fresh tyres, it just takes a short hiatus on an MBA programme and you will come roaring back into the career race primed to win. After all, it signals to companies that you were good enough to be accepted by a decent business school (so must be good enough for them); it plugs you into a network of fellow MBAs; and, to a much lesser extent, there s the actual classroom education. Why not just pay the bill, sign here and reap the rewards?

The problem is that these days it doesn t work like that. Rather, more and more students are finding the promise of business schools to be hollow. The return on investment on an MBA has gone the way of Greek public debt. If you have a decent job in your mid- to late- 20s, unless you have the back ... Read more »

In Roe v. Wade, 410 U. S. 113 (1973), the U. S. Supreme Court determined that the Constitution protects a woman's decision whether or not to terminate her pregnancy. In a companion case, Doe v. Bolton, 410 U. S. 179 (1973), the Court held further that a state may not unduly burden a woman's fundamental right to abortion by prohibiting or substantially limiting access to the means of effectuating her decision. Rather than settle the issue, the Court's decisions kindled heated debate and precipitated a variety of governmental actions at the national, state and local levels designed either to nullify the rulings or hinder their effectuation. These governmental regulations have, in turn, spawned further litigation in which resulting judicial refinements in the law have been no more successful in dampening the controversy.

The law with respect to abortion in mid-19th century America followed the common law of England in all but a few states. By the time of the Civil ... Read more »

    #Three Strikes Basics

    Three Strikes Basics

In 1994, California voters enacted the Three Strikes and You re Out law in response to the tragic murders of Kimber Reynolds and Polly Klass. The law imposed a life sentence for almost any crime, no matter how minor, if the defendant had two prior convictions for crimes defined as serious or violent by the California Penal Code.

According to official ballot materials promoting the original Three Strikes law, the sentencing scheme was intended to keep murders, rapists, and child molesters behind bars, where they belong. However, today, more than half of inmates sentenced under the law are serving sentences for nonviolent crimes.

The Three Strikes Project exclusively represents these individuals. Project clients have been given life sentences for offenses including stealing one dollar in loose change from a parked car, possessing less than a gram of narcotics, and attempting to break into a soup kitchen.

    #Tobacco Control

In the wake of unassailable medical research proving tobacco’s lethal effects, tobacco control policies have proliferated. Tobacco exacts a staggering toll on the world population – not just in mortality (approximately 5 million deaths a year) but in billions of dollars in tobacco-related health care costs and expenditures due to active and passive smoking. A clearer case for public health law and policy could not be made.

U.S. legal and regulatory policies related to tobacco have included state and local laws prohibiting smoking in public places and workplaces, restrictions on the sale and marketing of tobacco products – particularly to children – and federal legislation giving the Food and Drug Administration authority to regulate tobacco.

In addition to legislation and regulation, tobacco control strategies have also included litigation. Evidence of the tobacco industry’s long history of deception and suppression of information about the health h ... Read more »

    #Tobacco laws

The Texas legislature passed the Texas Tobacco Law in 1997 to limit minors’ access to tobacco and thereby prevent young people from a lifetime of tobacco addiction and possible disease and premature death.

The law holds retailers accountable for tobacco sales to minors and provides strict consequences for youth who are cited for using, purchasing or even possessing tobacco products. If they’re under 18, it’s illegal for them to have cigarettes, dip or other forms of tobacco and for anyone to provide it for them.

The Texas Tobacco Law needs a little help from you. It's up to all of us to keep tobacco out of the hands of minors.

By Steven Boutwell on April 30, 2015 Posted in Intellectual Property

For many inventors, the grant of a patent application is quite exciting. However, once the inventor seeks to market their invention, they can find the process costly and overwhelming. Often when small companies or solo inventors develop new ideas that are later patented, they discover that manufacture or use of the patented invention is unmanageable for an entity of their size. Rather than sit on this technology and let the patent protection expire, these persons will seek to sell their patented idea to another person or company who can use them. Scattered among firms and investors who are attempting to acquire valuable patents for use in their own businesses are non-practicing entities, who have more litigious purposes in mind. Non-practicing entities, which are known colloquially as “patent trolls,” are entities that purchase patents solely for the purpose of enforcement of the patent rights. Patent troll ... Read more »

#Top 54 Complaints and Reviews about South University

    Consumer Complaints Reviews

Very misleading. I was a young single mother, made very little money and when I looked into this school, they really sugar coated a lot. I did not realize the amount of debt I would inherit after graduation and only receiving an AA degree. I took one class at a time as I worked full time and raised my daughter. I attended school from January 2009 and finally finished my AA December 2014. I borrowed $38K and now I owe over $64K. That is almost double.

How can this be? I cry thinking that now I could NEVER help my daughter when she goes to college, that I still can not even get a decent paying job with an AA and can't afford to go back for my BA. The school wasn't what I imagined a college experience should be. They kept changing counselors, I was withdrawn by mistake and at times it was a nightmare. They gave me classes I didn't need or told me I didn't need classes I actually needed. ... Read more »

    #Trademark law

A trademark is any word, name, symbol, or design, or any combination thereof, used in commerce to identify and distinguish the goods of one manufacturer or seller from those of another and to indicate the source of the goods. See 15 U.S.C. § 1127.

    Overview

Trademarks are generally words, phrases, logos and symbols used by producers to identify their goods. However, shapes, sounds, fragrances and colors may also be registered as trademarks. See Qualitex v. Jacobsen Products Co. Inc.. 514 U.S. 159 (1995). In recent years, trademark law has expanded to include trade dress and antidilution protection. Almost any word, name, symbol, or device capable of distinguishing the source of goods may be used as a trademark subject to few limitations. However, a mark 's eligibility for trademark protection may be limited by application of the functionality doctrine. and a mark may be denied registration if it falls within any of the categories listed unde ... #Top ten US Supreme Court cases on criminal law

Home Criminal law Top ten US Supreme Court cases on criminal law

This is my list of the ten most significant US Supreme Court cases relating to criminal law. I think I’ve cited every case on this list in a brief or motion within the last few months, and any competent criminal attorney would know most of these cases offhand.

In Mapp v. Ohio, 367 US 643 (1961). the Supreme Court held that evidence could not be admitted in a criminal trial if it was obtained through an illegal search in violation of the Fourth Amendment. As the court explained in Mapp and since, they want to discourage police misconduct by preventing the state from using a violation of a suspect s rights to obtain evidence. Mapp is particularly important because it was the first case to apply the exclusionary rule in a state prosecution, and the overwhelming majority of convictions are in state court rather than federal court. ... Working on My New Position

Listening with both ears: the why and the how

    The Why

When the average person reflects upon their communication skills, they often contemplate their ability to present ideas in a clear and cohesive fashion. Indeed, the capacity to be understood is necessary for successful interactions. Unfortunately, however, many fail to consider the critical importance of listening within the art of communication. It is important to understand how to effectively listen because it creates efficient interactions, provides the speaker with a sense of value, and enhances your understanding of concepts.

In the legal field it is necessary to work not only quickly, but also competently. Deadlines are constantly at your heels, and part of your value is how well you can keep up. Maintaining effective listening skills aids immensely in this regard because it saves time and ultimately reduces the chance for mistakes. ... Read more »

#Trouble for personal injury law firms means trouble for claimants

N early a fifth of the law firms in the north-west of England that specialise in personal injury work are considering closing down, according to a survey conducted last week .

The poll was carried out by O'Connors, a Liverpool law firm that provides business advice to other law firms. Whether its findings are an accurate prediction of what is likely to happen across England and Wales is less important than the broader point it makes: personal injury work is under threat and weaker firms are going to the wall. A new campaign group claims that as many as 100,000 jobs will be lost over the next year. Although predictions such as this have been reported in the specialist legal press for some months now, they tend not to make much of an impact in the mainstream media – at least until a large firm is closed down by the regulator, as happened earlier this month.

    1. What is Privacy?

Privacy is the expectation that confidential personal information disclosed in a private place will not be disclosed to third parties, when that disclosure would cause either embarrassment or emotional distress to a person of reasonable sensitivities. Information is interpreted broadly to include facts, images (e.g. photographs, videotapes), and disparaging opinions.

The right of privacy is restricted to individuals who are in a place that a person would reasonably expect to be private (e.g. home, hotel room, telephone booth). There is no protection for information that either is a matter of public record or the victim voluntarily disclosed in a public place. The laws that control public education can be divided into two categories: those written exclusively for schools and those pertaining to society in general. Federal statutes regarding the education of children with disabilities are an example of the former, and Title VII (Civil Rights Act of 1964. 701 et seq. as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. 2000e et seq.), a federal statute that covers employment in schools and elsewhere, is an example of the latter. Definition of Law. Part 4 to blupete's Essay

Is it not my design, at this place, to show what stands as law; but, rather my aim is to develop ideas on what law is.6 Law is a "rule of conduct imposed by authority. The body of rules, whether proceeding from formal enactment or from custom, which a particular state or community recognizes as binding on its members or subjects." Upon considering this definition (OED), the first question that arises, is: "On whose authority?" Prior to the 18th century it was on the authority of a divinely appointed king; during the 18th and 19th centuries in England it was on the authority of the landed aristocracy;7 in the 20th century it has been the people, in fact, I submit, the politicians who "manage" to get themselves elected8 ; now, as we enter the 21st century, it's hard to say whose in charge, maybe no one, and maybe, that's the way it ought to be.

For a further development of these ideas, it will be necessary for a person to un ... Read more »

A body of rules and statutes that defines conduct prohibited by the government because it threatens and harms public safety and welfare and that establishes punishment to be imposed for the commission of such acts.

The term criminal law generally refers to substantive criminal laws. Substantive criminal laws define crimes and may establish punishments. In contrast, Criminal Procedure describes the process through which the criminal laws are enforced. For example, the law prohibiting murder is a substantive criminal law. The manner in which government enforces this substantive law through the gathering of evidence and prosecution is generally considered a procedural matter.

Crimes are usually categorized as felonies or misdemeanors based on their nature and the maximum punishment that can be imposed. A felony involves serious misconduct that is punishable by death or by imprisonment for more than one year. Most state criminal laws subdivide felonies into ... Read more »

The system of law that has developed in England from approximately 1066 to the present.

The body of English law includes legislation, Common Law. and a host of other legal norms established by Parliament, the Crown, and the judiciary. It is the fountain from which flowed nearly every facet of U.S. law during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.

Many of the concepts embodied in the U.S. Constitution such as the separation and delegation of powers between three branches of government and the creation of an elective national assembly representing the will of the people trace their roots to English law. Fundamental legal procedures applied in the U.S. civil and criminal justice systems also originated in England. The jury system, for example, slowly matured into its modern form over several hundred years of English history. The antecedents of many substantive areas of U.S. law, including the ubiquitous system of state and federal taxation, may be found in Engl ... Read more »

by Mark Shead on March 15,

I ve seen a lot of questions recently by programmers on Slashdot, Reddit and Stack Overflow basically asking:

I m writing code, but I m not very good.  What can I do to change that?

For people in that position who already have a bachelors degree (but not necessarily in software engineering or CS), I d suggest a little known educational gem.  The ALM in IT degree focused on software engineering from Harvard s Extension School is an excellent program that will often meet the needs of people who find themselves in the position above. It offers a good education and it one of the least expensive ways to get a master s degree for someone interested in software engineering. In this article I want to describe the program, my experience and go through class by class and discuss what I found useful.

I completed a master s degree (ALM in IT) from Harvard with a concentration in software engineering last year. Most of my classes were t ... Read more »
