#Which part time MBA program offers the most ROI: Villanova or Temple? Matt Benedetto Law student at Stanford, investor, and chess-boxing enthusiast I have to say temple here especially if you are an instate student. In state temple is $27,000 a year, so $54,000 over 2 years. Where nova is $94,000. I m not sure how these figures change if you are part-time but I imagine its similar. Now temple with out of state tuition is $39,000, so $78,000 for 2 years. Still a $16,000 difference. The question then is, of course, is nova worth $16,000-$40,000 more than temple, and the answer is almost certainly no. The employment prospects are similar out of both schools, and both have strong ties to Philadelphia. Very few, but some, get jobs in New York. But these schools are strong regional schools, so you best way to maximize ROI is to stay close to the mother ship, I.e. Philadelphia. I think, slightly biased because I went there for undergrad, temple is a stronger MBA program than Villanova. It s ranked by US news as 48rd best business school, and nova doesn t even make the list.
