PLUMMER, RUSSELL PLUMMER, PLLC is conveniently located in downtown Concord, the county seat, just a very short walk from the Cabarrus County Courthouse. A large parking lot, open and free to the public, is located directly adjacent to our office. We have five full-time legal assistants/secretaries to address our clients needs, three of whom are bilingual (Spanish-English). Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our attorneys do in fact consult with clients on alternative days and times, including nights and weekends, however subject only to a pre-arranged appointment. We enjoy an accreditation of A+ with the Better Business Bureau and look forward to helping you with your legal matters.
