It provides an understanding of how the system works alongside knowledge and skills in the alternatives to litigation, adjudication and arbitration available. There is the option of a Construction Adjudication route - adjudication is a very common form of dispute resolution in the UK construction industry. The course offers flexible online study by distance learning so busy professionals are able to study at their own pace. A previous degree in law is not a prerequisite for this course. The course is good for prospective students who are lawyers, Surveyors, construction industry professionals, oil and gas professional, architects, contract Managers and Administrators, project managers. 2.
