Our arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of client U.S. Steel has the Court questioning whether federal law guarantees that unionized factory workers receive compensation for time spent putting on and taking off safety equipment. We also successfully urged the Supreme Court to consider an additional question following our victory for client Noel Canning in the D.C. Circuit ruling that recess appointments of the NLRB are invalid.
