#Course Outlines Course OutlinesThis page contains links to outlines, which have been generously donated by current and past students to benefit future generations of New York University School of Law students. However, users are strongly cautioned that these outlines may contain outdated law, inaccuracies or offensive material. The SBA has not reviewed any of these outlines for quality and takes no responsibility for content. We believe that these outlines are valuable resources, but they should by no means be used in place of a student's own work. Please note that the rules regarding plagiarism and cheating apply to the use of student outlines. Be sure to review the rules to make sure that your use of them are in line with the guidelines. All of the attached outlines are in Microsoft Word format, and though clicking on them directly should open them within your browser window, the best way to download the documents for use or viewing is to right-click the link you would like, and select "Save Target As" from the menu. Then pick a destination to which you can save the file (the desktop is always easy). If double-clicking the saved file does not launch a readable outline, try opening your word processing program, choosing "Open. " navigating to the saved document and selecting it that way. If these methods fail, please contact us at the email address below. Outline DonationsSo that we may keep this page updated, we encourage students and alumni to send in outlines that they have created or acquired for courses at the School of Law. Particularly beneficial are outlines for upper level courses and first year courses taught by professors that are not currently represented. To donate outlines, please save them as Word documents with the following filename convention: "Course Professor Semester." For example, "Contracts Scott Fall 2009." Please e-mail them as attachments to the SBA Secretary at law.sba@nyu.edu .
