I filed with Price Law Group a little over a year ago and I was pretty satisfied with them. I m not sure why other people reviewing them didn t really like them. My attorney was Allan and he was really nice and he explained everything to me very patiently. I actually went to another consultation before I went to Price Law Group to some attorney in Woodland Hills and he was very rude and made me feel like crap about filing and told me some information that was not accurate. Allan really knew his stuff and helped me feel comfortable about filing.

Their prices are actually pretty decent. I shopped around before I went to Price and PLG was definitely a lot cheaper than everywhere else I called. Maybe it s a case by case basis, but I was charged $1600. Only $800 is required as a deposit to file and after that they take monthly payments. They were extremely flexible with the payments. I got to choose how much I could afford every month. The other attorney I went to charged upwards of $2000 and although he accepted payments, he would not file until the entire amount was paid. Price Law Group filed for me immediately after I paid the initial 800. If you want to keep your vehicle, it s approximately $250 for each car to file the paperwork with the bank.

Allan was extremely friendly and he was recommended through a friend. I emailed him repetitively with questions and he was always on top of it. Even if I emailed him at night or the weekend, he would email me back immediately within minutes from his iPhone. I was very impressed with their customer service. There was one company who kept sending me harassing letters trying to collect after I filed and after I contacted Allan, he took care of it immediately. The representative that goes to the hearing with you (which is super easy) was very good at explaining everything and prepping you.

The staff is pretty nice and it s really easy to get an appointment. They re very casual there. The office has about 50 people working there and they re all in jeans and super nice. You don t feel like you re there for BK, they make you feel totally comfortable. The only bad thing is you have to find street parking because they don t validate parking, but I never had a problem.

The people below said they lose paperwork, but I never had a problem. I didn t fax them anything, everything was done in person so maybe that s why. I don t think it s unreasonable that they charge you extra if you forget to include something, since they have to go and refile. They make every attempt to include all your paperwork and they even pull your credit report for free.
