Read This Journal

The Journal of International Criminal Justice aims to promote a profound collective reflection on the new problems facing international law.

Established by a group of distinguished criminal lawyers and international lawyers, the journal addresses the major problems of justice from the angle of law, jurisprudence, criminology, penal philosophy, and the history of international judicial institutions.

New Special Issue Published

The latest special issue is entitled The Interaction Between Refugee Law and International Criminal Justice.

This issue provides an opportunity for scholars and practitioners to explore the evolution of the various intersections between refugee and migration law, on one hand, and international humanitarian and criminal law, on the other.

The issue is co-edited by Fannie Lafontaine, Joseph Rikhof, and Laurel Baig.
