#Marrying a Foreigner or Immigrant - FAQs.
Find an Immigration Lawyer
If you, as a United States citizen, decide to marry a person from another country, you probably have numerous questions about that person's rights under the U.S. immigration laws. Some of the more common questions are addressed below.
Can I Marry a Non-U.S. Citizen?
Yes, you can marry anyone you like, unless it happens to violate local laws. Some U.S. states, for example, don't recognize a marriage between close family members or people under a certain age. But such situations are rare. The person's immigration status - legal or not - has no bearing on whether your marriage will be recognized as legal.
Can I Marry My Gay or Lesbian Partner (of the Same Sex)?
Yes, as of 2013, when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned a piece of federal law called the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), same-sex marriages are treated like any other marriage for federal immigration law purposes

#Mba Definition from Financial Times Lexicon
An MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree is the most widely-recognised business degree in the world and its popularity continues to grow, particularly in Asia.
The origins of the MBA go back more than a century to the Ivy League universities in the US. Dartmouth College established the first graduate business school in the US in 1900 – then called the Amos Tuck School of Administration and Finance. Harvard Business School launched its first postgraduate management degree in 1908.
The popularity of the MBA grew in Europe 50 years later, following the establishment of Insead in Fontainebleau, near Paris, by a group of Harvard graduates. It enrolled its first MBA cohort in September 1959. London Business School opened its doors to MBA students in 1966.
Today the MBA is usually seen as a post-experience degree, designed for those with some work/management experience. The full-time degree can last anything fro

#What are the Legal issues of franchising
WHAT ARE THE LEGAL ISSUES OF FRANCHISING?
A good relationship between the franchisor and franchisee is critical for the success of both parties. Since franchising establishes a business relationship for years, the foundation must be carefully built by having a clear understanding of the franchise program. Unfortunately, understanding the legal language of franchising can be daunting. The advice of an experienced franchise attorney should be sought to help a prospective franchisee understand the legal issues and to protect them from making costly mistakes. Franchising is governed by federal and state laws that require franchisors to provide prospective franchisees with information that describes the franchisor-franchisee relationship. The two main franchising legal documents are:

Josh FINALLY posted something on his twitter and instagram. First off, he sold his car lot and it is now called Dobbs Automotive (or something). But what I think is funny is he took a picture of the door and the new owner changed the car lot hours to actual business hours (8-6) instead of his horrible 10-4. No wonder they never did any business.
Also, he took a pic of the crew setting up cameras in the kitchen. So I m thinking Anna definitely had the baby and they are back home now.

#Endoscopic Mucosal Resection.
What is Endoscopic Mucosal Resection?
Endoscopic mucosal resection, commonly referred to as EMR, is a medical procedure performed on patients who have been diagnosed with cancer of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and who need malignant tissue removed or on very large or flat polyps that cannot be removed by conventional means. EMR is less invasive than traditional surgery. Primarily an endoscopy treatment, the procedure requires the use of a very long, thin endoscope with a light, camera and other devices attached to its tip. The endoscope can be used as a surgical tool as well as a device to perform biopsy, in order to collect tissue samples and check whether cancer has spread deep beneath the lining of the digestive tract.
The patient is sedated during the entire endoscopic mucosal resection procedure. The performing endoscopist, usually a gastroenterologist or GI doctor, will guide the endoscope either down a patient s throat or u

#What is a good gift for someone starting law school?
Law School. How do I succeed as a 1st year law student?
Quora User. Former attorney and US Congressional aide, author, entrepreneur of a VC-backe.
I think the roughest thing to adjust to during law school is time management, and as such your gift is probably going to be of more value to someone if it saves them time later during their studies.
For example, reading your first case from a law school book, perhaps in the Summer before school starts, is a tedious and quite time consuming process. You don t know what the professor likes to highlight, the points he wants you to pick up, and his view of the facts (which often makes up countless pages of reading that sometimes the prof just says ignore those facts after you ve read dozens of pages). To do this your first week of law school takes maybe 2 hours let s say. But to do it later in the year, when you have a better vibe about what is and is no

#What Does MBA Stand For? Top 10 Schools
by Patrick Brady on January 1, 2014
The acronym MBA stands for Master of Business Administration. Individuals who have an interest in understanding how organizations function at a core level would be wise to obtain an MBA from an accredited institution.
If you are looking to advance your career toward a business management or even President/CEO level, you will likely need at least an MBA level degree. The exception would be in cases where you have decided to start your own company. As you might expect, there will not be any specific education requirements for self-started businesses. However, a bit of business education never hurts.
