Legal services are offered through Systech Solicitors,a niche construction and engineering practice,which, following Solicitors Regulation Authority approval for it to operate as an alternative business structure under the Legal Services Act, was acquired by Systech International. The acquisition, the first of its kind, allows Systech International to provide a unique combination of legal and projects services under one brand and offer an innovative and cost effective approach to legal services which has been welcomed by clients.

Our solicitors are regulated by the SRA in London and members of our team sit as part-time judges, arbitrators or adjudicators and are appointed on dispute review boards.

We have over 50 legally qualified construction professionals whose primary aim is to avoid, manage and resolve disputes in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. They operate across different jurisdictions from both civil and common law systems.

We are commercially aware and manage our appointments accordingly legal advice is given with an understanding of its financial impact.
