I had a great experience working with Debbie. I had a Ford Focus for a year and it was having transmission problems (shaking when switching from first to a second gear). Ford dealerships would not admit there was anything wrong with it. After multiple visits to the service department, I called California Lemon Law Group. Debbie reviewed my paperwork and said that I had a good chance of a buyback. She explained how the process works right from the beginning, so I knew what to expect.

The entire process was much less of a headache than I thought it would be. Debbie handled everything and just asked me for the needed documents. Ford bought my car back and Debbie was even able to negotiate the miles driven, so I got a bigger check than expected. It was pretty fast too, even the lady at the Ford dealership, who gave me the check, was surprised.
