The following list offers a ranking of the most popular online MBA programs based on the number of students enrolled in . MBA programs that have been included on the list provide 100 percent of their course materials online.

Nearly 68,000 students enrolled in the University of Phoenix s online MBA program. The program is administered through the John Sperling School of Business and accredited by the Association of Collegiate of Business Schools and Programs .

Students take one class at a time and can concentrate in a number of different specialties, including accounting, global management, health care management, human resources management, marketing, technology management, and public administration.

The Edinburgh School of Business has one of the largest MBA programs with more than 8,400 active students in over 130 countries. It is also one of the world s leading business and management schools and has been designated as a Royal Charter Institution. Students work toward their MBA on a course-by-course basis and may take elective courses in addition to the program s required core courses.

Nearly 4,000 students are enrolled in the U21 Global online MBA program. The program has been awarded EFMD CEL accreditation. Students must complete ten compulsory core courses, seven electives, and one research project to earn their MBA. Multiple courses can be taken at one time.

More than 2,000 students are enrolled in the University of Liverpool s online MBA program.

Degrees are offered degrees in conjunction with the university s e-learning partner Laureate Online Education. The online MBA program has CEL accreditation from the European Foundation for Management Development. Students must complete four core modules and four electives, as well as a dissertation. MBA concentrations include accounting, finance, and marketing.

Approximately 2,000 students are enrolled in Kaplan University s online MBA program. Kaplan University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission (HLC). The online MBA program consists of a minimum of 60 quarter credit hours and can take between one and two years to complete. Students can specialize in entrepreneurship, finance, health care management, human resources, international business, marketing, project management and, supply chain management and logistics.
