    Transnational Law Review

    • Suffolk Law’s Transnational Law Review was one of the nation’s first transnational law reviews!
    • Advised by Elizabeth Trujillo, Co-Chair of International Economic Law Interest Group of the American Society of International Law, the law review has an exemplary record for international legal discussion.
    • Students can participate in a variety of ways. In April, , students competed in the school’s first Transnational Moot Court competition, which included a problem written by an Army Captain who has been instrumental in enforcing the Rule of Law in Afghanistan.
    • Suffolk Law faculty members are known for being intellectually engaged within their respective fields,  bringing them into the critical discussions of the day, both on their own, and with the help of their students.
  • While dedicated to excellence in teaching, faculty members are also nationally and internationally recognized experts in their respective fields, often publishing books, speaking at conferences, and contributing to prestigious legal journals.
  • More than 120 adjunct faculty at Suffolk University Law represent the Boston legal community and the judiciary, providing students with the benefits of learning from their experiences on the cutting edge of their specialty.

  • Students can team up with professors in their area of interest.  We have had students team with professors for works in major publications  (Reuters, Journal of the American Medical Association)  in the areas of IP Law, Indigenous Peoples Rights, and Health law.
