#Types of Law School Degrees A Vermont Law School degree will change you, so you can change the world. On the Vermont Law School campus, you’ll be immersed in a diverse community of risk-takers and advocates who learn and work together, inspire each other, and often become colleagues and friends for life. You’ll learn environmental law concepts and energy policy in buildings recognized for both historic preservation and environmental responsibility. You’ll hike on conserved land and fish in protected water. You’ll debate human rights in a place that’s devoted to diversity and equality. You’ll participate in sustainable agriculture by consuming locally grown and produced food and meeting organic entrepreneurs. Vermont Law School is also a home for students whose interests lie beyond the environment, who seek to make change in a variety of organizations government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and NGOs. Our graduates are change agents who go into public and nonprofit careers at nearly twice the national law school average.
